This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 26.06.2019 passed in W.P.No.1926 of 2007, which was dismissed and to restore the same.

2. When the matter came up on 26.06.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition was dismissed.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Consequently, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.1926 of 2007 is restored.

4. Post the Writ Petition on 04.09.2019. Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.V.Sundareswaran and print the name of Mr.S.Rajasekar for the respondents in the cause list.
