D.S.Paul Raj And Another v. The Church Of South India Synod And 10 Others
A.No.3351 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.
The Application has been filed to grant leave to sue, in view of the fact that defendants 2, 5 & 11 are residing outside jurisdiction of this Court.
2. The learned counsel who had entered appearance on behalf of the respondents raised objections stating that the suit is an abuse of process of law, since a similar suit, practically on same issues has been filed before the Munsif Court, Virudhunagar.
3. Those facts can be urged when the counter is filed with respect to any other reliefs sought for in the suit. However, since part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted.
4. Registry is directed to proceed further in numbering the plaint, if it is otherwise in order.
