3.In the interest of substantial justice, this application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) of which Rs.17,500/- is directed to be paid to the plaintiff and remaining sum of Rs.17,500/- is directed to be paid to The Madras Society for the Protection of Children, No.891 (Old No.288), Thiruvottiyur High Road, Old Washermenpet, Chennai - 21, Phone No.044-25951521 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
