This petition has been filed to amend the Section of offence as Section 174 of Cr.P.C @ 302 and 201 of IPC, instead of Section 174 Cr.P.C @ 302 IPC and the bail satisfying Court as Judicial Magistrate I, Poonamalee, instead of Judicial Magistrate II @ Poonamallee in Crl.O.P.No.18053 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and common order copy in Crl.O.P.No.18053 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
