Proceeding in Ref Na.Ka.No.A4/10460/2023 dated 27.04.2023 in pursuant to the reference in Crime No.178 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/10460/2023 dated 27.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Publi Prosecutor.

3.The 3rd respondent had registered an FIR in Crime No.178 of 2022 and referred the matter to the 1st and 2nd respondents under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. The grievance of the petitioner is that the proceedings are now pending before the 1st respondent and there has been absolutely no progress in the proceedings. Hence, this writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction for disposing of the proceedings pending before the 1st respondent. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/10460/2023 dated 27.04.2023 under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., and pass final orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
