It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by defacto-complainant is still pending for enquiry and awaiting opinion for proceeding further.

2. If the petitioner is involved in the crime alleged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police is also directed to issue proper summon/notice to the petitioner for his appearance and for interrogation. On receipt of the summon/notice, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the respondent police. With the abovesaid observations, the criminal original petition is closed.
