Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 24.02.2016 executed by Mrs.K.S.Girija, wife of V.Seshan in favour of the petitioner bearing P.No.201600012/2016 on the file of the second respondent within the time as this Court may thinks fit in the circumstances of the case.

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 24.02.2016.

Since there is dispute with regard to the patta issued in respect of the subject matter property and this Court, today, by way of an order passed in another writ petition in W.P.No.10474 of 2017, has directed the Tahsildar, Tiruttani, to consider the grievance of the parties and pass orders on the same, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
