ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second Respondent to Survey the land in Survey No.S.No.445/3F2, 445/302, Kaveripattinam Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District on the basis of the application in Appln. No.2024/0123/31/002125 dated 03.05.2024 made by the petitioner.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he owned the subject property by virtue of the Will dated 06.11.2020 executed by his father based on the basis of the partition deed dated 23.07.2020. After the death of his father, the petitioner approached the authorities and gave a representation to survey his land and for issuance of patta. But the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2/5

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other persons interested, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
