PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the Docket Order dated 24.03.2022 in O.S.(S.R)No.6398 of 2022, subsequently numbered as O.S.No.153 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Tiruvallur determining the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court and numbering the ordinary suit as a Commercial suit.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the Docket Order dated 24.03.2022 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur in O.S.(S.R)No.6398 of 2022, which was subsequently numbered as O.S.No.153 of 2022 by allowing this revison.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 1 and 2, it is seen that the revision petitioners were set ex-parte on 08.12.2022 and the said ex-parte order has not been set aside to date.
3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, while dismissing the same, liberty is given to the petitioners to revive the revision as and when the ex-parte order was set aside. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
