This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to file the charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur in Crime No.16 of (*)2016, within the specific period of time fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a closure report or final report or a charge sheet as the case may be, under due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
