Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2024 consequently do not take any steps to split the existing the FCV 29 Fishermen Co-operative Societies of Kachirapalayam.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction against the official respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 13.05.2024 and consequentially direct not take any steps to split the existing FCV 29 Fishermen Co-operative Societies of Kachirapalayam.

2. In view of the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to issue show cause notice to the petitioner and after affording an opportunity of being heard, pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. there shall be no order as to costs.
