This application has been filed seeking modification of an order passed on 11.02.2022. The arrangement was that the mother should visit the residence of the father every Saturday and Sunday in the evening and have interaction with the child.

2. Learned counsel for the mother states that as on date the mother is physically impaired owing to various circumstances and as a matter of fact, to further emphasize that particular fact, without any prior notification to the Court and without any specific orders of this court, has brought the mother to the court. I am not able to understand as to how this would lead to the advantage of the case of the applicant herein. If she is interested, she can make every effort to go to the residence of the husband to visit the child, or if it is physically not possible to do it, she can stay away and take rest. In this regard, a decision can be taken by her 1/3

alone. The Court cannot come to her assistance in that regard. It is advisable that both the parents graze the witness box and tender evidence.

3. In view of the same, I am not inclined to modify the order. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
