This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to cancel the project of construction of the Creech (Balvadi) at No.3, Poonnappan Street, Thiruvallur District.

2. Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate on instructions from the Town Inspector, who is present before this Court submitted that the construction of the Creech was already completed in the year 2012 and the same is now functioning.
