The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C. @ Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.582 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that, due to matrimonial dispute, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the deceased, who is the wife of the petitioner herein. On the date of occurrence, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself in the matrimonial home. Hence, the complaint.
3. There was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the deceased in the matrimonial home. She committed suicide by hanging herself. In fact, he has driven her out to her parents house. After negotiations, she returned to the matrimonial home. On the date of occurrence, they had a wordy quarrel and as such, she committed suicide. Further, the petitioner was arrested only on 29.07.2022.
