(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court earlier, the respondent police has produced the detenue before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram on 21.08.2023 and she has expressed her willingness to go with her parents.

It is further submitted that the detenue is in the safe custody of her parents. Compliance of the order dated 20.07.2023 is recorded.
