PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station twice in a day ie., every day at 10.30 A.M., and 05.30P.M., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15061 of 2020, order dated 29.10.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15061 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020 directing him to report before the respondent Police Station everyday at 10.30 A.M., and 05.30 P.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15061 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020, is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
