2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the original certified copy of the order in C.O.S.Sr.No.856 of 2024 dated 30.04.2025 passed by the Principal Judge, Principal Commercial Court, Egmore, Chennai.
