(Crime No.1123 of 2019) Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7503 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.7503 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7503 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
