C.M.P.Nos.17104 to 17106 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4464 of 2014 and C.M.P.Nos.17079, 17085 and 17088 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4465 of 2014 have been filed by the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in the above CRPs., to condone the delay of 1438 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in above CRPs. viz., S.K.Mohammed Hussain; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the above CRPs; to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 7 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above CRPs. 2.According to the petitioners, the 1st respondent in the above CRPs. S.K.Mohammed Hussain died on 08.11.2015 and they have produced death certificate and legal heirship certificate of the 1st respondent.

In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.17104 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD) No.4464 of 2014 and C.M.P.No.17079 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4465 of 2014, C.M.P.Nos.17105 and 17106 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4464 of 2014 and C.M.P.Nos.17085 and 17088 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4465 of 2014 are also ordered.
