This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) (i.e) "that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of crime No.185 of 2022 before the concerned magistrate" in Crl.O.P.No.14357 of 2022 on 23.06.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.
