The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of on 22.07.2015. Thereafter, this writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to take criminal action against the 4th respondent/ B.S.Tiruvadanan, under Section 340 of Cr.P.C for the offence of perjury.

2. When the matter was called on 24.11.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 25.11.2022. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.
