Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions from the counsel on record submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner had died on 10.05.2021 and despite the counsel's best efforts, he is not able to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed a Memo dated 22.08.2023 to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the memo dated 22.08.2023, this writ petition is closed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
