Crl.O.P.No.16856 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN, J.

This criminal original petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of apprehending arrest to the crime No.102 of 2023 by the Inspector of Police, Anchetty Police Station, Krishnakiri District.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Court, Krishnagiri on 21.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2571 of 2023.

3.In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any order in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not necessary.
