This petition has been filed to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.12107 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022 in Crime No.119 of 2022 on the file of the respondent directing the petitioner to execute the order to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi instead of Judicial Magistrate, Vellore.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.12107 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
