2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

3. The petitioner would aver that she was ill due to dengue fever. After the demise of her son, her financial condition became worse without an economical provider.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period from 01.03.2024 to 11.06.2025 shall stand waived. 10.09.2025 kkd To The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ( Special District Court) Salem.
