C.M.P.Nos.17076, 17078 and 17077 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4464 of 2014 and C.M.P.Nos.17090 to 17092 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4465 of 2014 have been filed by the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent in the above CRPs., to condone the delay of 1465 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent in above CRPs. viz., V.Subramaniam; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent in the above CRPs; to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 as legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent in the above CRPs. 2.According to the petitioners, the 3rd respondent in the above CRPs. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.17076 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD) No.4464 of 2014 and C.M.P.No.17090 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4465 of 2014, C.M.P.Nos.17078 and 17077 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4464 of 2014 and C.M.P.Nos.17091 and 17092 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4465 of 2014 are also ordered.
