2. Against the impugned orders passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi, an appeal shall lie before the Sessions Court under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain these civil revision petitions.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the jurisdictional Sessions Court. It is made clear that the petitioner is entitled to exclude the time taken by him for prosecuting these revisions before this Court (i.e., from 11.06.2025 to the date of receipt of copy of this order), while calculating the limitation for filing the appeal before the Sessions Court. No costs.
