Crl.M.P.No.12806 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13980 of 2020 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8659 of in Crl.O.P.No.13980 of 2020 dated 03.09.2021.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the bail condition regularly and though the case was registered in the year 2020, till date the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8659 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13980 of 2020 dated 03.09.2021 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for an interrogation.
