ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in respect of the case registered in crime No.100/2011 on the file of Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai Rural and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Cr.No.100 of 2011 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.362 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
