The petitioner herein claims that the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and his family members on a complaint which is purely civil in nature.

However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that there is an element of criminality made out in the complaint and also case has been registered against this petitioner and three others under Sections 406 & 420 IPC and investigation is in progress.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
