The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to transfer the Patta in favour of petitioner and properties situated in Grama Natham Old Survey No.269 Part, Patta No.223, as per Patta New Survey No.269/33, to an extent of 6271 sq.ft., with 150 sq.ft., Tatched House, bearing Door No.17, Thulukanathamma Koil Street, Nanmangalam, Chennai - 600 129.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. Recording the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. No costs.
