ORDER

The above miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the restoration petition in W.P.No.34230 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned. This Court is also inclined to restore the main W.P.No.34230 of 2012, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of ten days from today, failing which, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

the order of this Court dated 29.11.2024 in W.P.No.34230 of 2012 shall remain unaltered.
