(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that actions are already initiated to remove the encroachments. The authorities require two weeks time to comply with the procedures for the purpose of removing the encroachments.

2. In view of the said submission, the respondents are directed to issue notice to the encroachers and on receipt of objection, if any, shall initiate further actions to remove the encroachments. The entire exercise is

directed to be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
