Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to measure the petitioner's patta landed property in S.No.100/ 3A3A1 in patta No.2976, Veerakalputhur Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District to an extent of 1.72 acres out of 0.69.50 hectares pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2019. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondents to measure the petitioner's patta land comprised in S.No.100/ 3A3A1 in patta No.2976, Veerakalputhur Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District to an extent of 1.72 acres out of 0.69.50 hectares. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On receipt of the same, the first respondent surveyed the subject land through Firka Surveyor in the presence of the petitioner on 27.07.2019 based on the application dated 22.04.2019, on payment of requisite fees.

3.Recording the above, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
