This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38092 of 2005, dated 29.08.2022, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the patta has been restored in the name of the petitioner and the extract from the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) was also produced before this Court.
