The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that O.A.No.695 of 2019 and A.Nos.6199 and 6200 of 2019 have been rendered infructuous by subsequent event. Therefore, these applications are not pressed.

2. He further submitted that A.Nos. 8830 and 8831 of 2019 are required to be adjudicated but O.A.Nos.1034 and 1035 of 2019 are urgent and should be taken up for hearing at the earliest.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth defendant requested for time to file counter in all the applications.

4. The learned counsel for the fourth defendant is directed to serve copy of the counter on the learned counsel for the applicant on or before 10.12.2019.

5. Based on the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, O.A.No.695 of 2019 and A.Nos.6199 and 6200 of 2019 are dismissed as not pressed.
