Mr.A.Vinothraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Saravanan, party in person are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and the second respondent namely Mr.J.Saravanan (beneficiary) is present.
2. A copy of the consent letter filed by Mr.J.Saravanan and a copy of the resolution passed by the Management have also filed before this Court. Since there is a possibility of amicable settlement between the parties.
3. A copy of the consent letter filed by Mr.J.Saravanan and a copy of the resolution passed by the Management treated as part and parcel of the order.
4. Hence, as per the above terms of settlement, the writ petition is closed.
