This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1213 days in re-presentation of C.M.P.SR.Nos.7779 to 7781 of 2019 in S.A.No.211 of 2007.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the papers had been returned by the Registry on 03.04.2019 but they were mixed up with other case bundles and they were located on 06.08.2022 and re-presented on 08.08.2022. In view of the same, there has been delay and this petition has been filed to condone the delay.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. 4.In view of the above reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

5.The Registry may now examine C.M.P.SR.Nos.7779 to 7781 of 2019 in S.A.No.211 of 2007 and whenever the said Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are numbered the matter may be listed for consideration before this Court. 17.08.2022 smv https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
