2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents have already inspected the petitioners' premises and found that they are not in possession of the premises and the buildings were already provided with water and sewerage connection.

4. Recording the submission of the learned standing counsel for the respondents, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
