ORDER

After hearing arguments in the transfer petition, when this Court informed the petitioner that it is not inclined to transfer the proceeding from the file of the Sub Court at Poonamallee to the file of the Sub Court at Alandur, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time.

2. Today, he represents that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

3. Permission is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the petition. He also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
