(Delivered by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH.,J) Mr.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that the State has instituted a Review Application in R.A.No.168 of 2025 and the same has been heard on 26.06.2025 and orders passed.

2. In view of the same, the State does not wish to pursue the present Writ Appeal and makes an endorsement to such effect, recording which, the Writ Appeal and the connected Miscellaneous Petition are closed as infructuous. No costs.
