This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 156 days in representing the A.S.(SR).No.161210 of 2019 filed as against the judgment and decree dated 30.04.2019 passed in O.S.No.12161 of 2010, on the file of the III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned. The C.M.P.No.15092 of 2022 is ordered.
