O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to remove the lock and seal that has been put up in the subject property pending investigation in Crime Nos.1 to 5 of 2023 on the file of first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that insofar as the subject property is concerned, the same is a scene of crime in the First Information Reports that have been registered in Crime Nos.2, 3 and 5 of 2023 on the file of first respondent. Learned counsel further submitted that already the rough sketch has been drawn and the observation mahazar has been prepared and the investigation is at its final stage and therefore, the lock and seal will be removed by the first respondent.

3. Recording the submissions made by learned Additional Public 2/4

Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to remove the lock and seal that have been put up in the subject property within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
