O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the appeal pending from the year 2016, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner, aggrieved by the order of the third respondent dated 18.03.2016, filed an appeal before the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent has entertained the appeal in the year 2016. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, no final orders have been passed in the appeal and therefore, left with no other option, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate direction.

3.Heard Mr.V.Nandha Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that an appeal has been pending before the fourth respondent for unduly long time, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders in the appeal strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the fourth respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
