2. We have heard Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for the third respondent and Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1, 2 and 4.
3. Directions are sought to remove or shift the liquor shop No.9208 (TASMAC) at Gandhi Road, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.
4. The learned counsel appearing for TASMAC submits that the said shop has not been opened.
