ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a referred charge sheet will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of one month after serving a notice to the defacto complainant.

2. The submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the referred charge sheet filed by the respondent Police, it is left open to the petitioner to file a protest petition and work out her remedy in accordance with law.
