Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the body of detenues/ petitioner's parents namely V.S.Davendra Raja, 78 years and K.Leelavathi 74 years who was illegally detained by the second respondent and produce the detenues before this Court and set them at liberty.
