The above application is filed to extend the time for the applicant / 1st defendant to complete the formalities for effectively carrying out the amendment of its written statement as allowed by this Hon'ble Court in A.No.5404 of 2022 in C.S.(Comm Div).No.82 of 2021 dated 05.01.2023.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application to extend the time. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The applicant is directed to carryout the amendment by the end of the day.
