The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 16.06.2017 arising out of an order passed by the 2nd respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said appeal is kept pending without passing any orders on the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the said appeal will be disposed of within a period of eight weeks.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
