ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for some time, Mr.Nambirajan sought leave of the Court to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. If the application is filed within the next two weeks, the delay, if any, would be deemed to have been condoned. All rights and contentions are kept open.
2. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed, with the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
W.M.P.No.23997 of 2025 filed by petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is ordered, subject to payment of separate sets of
court-fee within two weeks from today. Other interim application stands closed.
